JOIN TWO STORIES:
We are looking for a Brand Communications Manager to work on both our clients and our own communications.

You’ll be working with our Head of Brand Communications and Social Media & Content Creator, to plan, create and deliver content and campaigns and manage brands’ online presences, to ensure brand consistency, audience engagement, and to raise brand awareness.

You’ll be comfortable creating and presenting your ideas and strategies, while ensuring you can deliver upon any agreed ideas.

As an award-winning brand consultancy, you will be working on range of projects covering strategy, planning, content creation, social media management, and copywriting.

We specialise in strategic brand communications and design for a range of national and regional clients across a variety of sectors.

ABOUT YOU:
You’ll be an organised and motivated individual who is ready for work as part of a small, creative team. You will be comfortable working with a range of internal and external stakeholders and team members depending on the campaign.

As a highly digital focussed role, you will have a great level of experience with all social media platforms and tools, be able to develop and implement a client’s social media strategy that produces engaging content. You’ll also be able to monitor, track, analyse and report on the impact of your strategy.

You’ll have excellent copywriting and editing skills, knowing how best to engage your audiences and deliver the right messages, whether that’s through website content, blogs, press releases, brochures or newsletters.

You’ll have the ability to communicate clearly with the team and to clients and be confident when it comes to communicating your ideas.

AS A BRAND COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER, YOU’LL NEED TO:

  • Develop communications strategies for new and existing clients to deliver long and short term client goals
  • Manage client activity and campaign delivery to ensure its effective and timely
  • Write and proofread excellent copy in a variety of voices for both online and print campaigns
  • Working with the studio manager to ensure work is in and on schedule
  • Create editorial calendars and content plans for social media channels and online
  • Create and work with colleagues to create engaging and creative brand content, including video and blog content
  • Work closely with in-house creative colleagues to brief design of online and wider campaign materials, such as social assets, brochures, and posters to support your campaigns
  • Manage and deliver paid for social campaigns
  • Evaluate, review and report on campaigns, social media and advertising to analyse effectiveness of campaigns and propose relevant changes for future activity
  • Proactive campaign discovery with existing clients
  • Support brand development, including conducting research (e.g. via customer questionnaires, focus groups, and desk research) and building out the strategy, foundations, and voice
  • Attend events, campaign activity delivery, and meetings
  • Keep up to date with the latest social media trends and developments, as well as stay across news and changes in our clients’ industries
  • Develop relationships across a range of stakeholders including clients, supplier, our internal team and the media

 REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:

  • Experience in creating strategic communication plans and campaigns for brands
  • Experience in creating engaging content and managing brands’ online presences
  • Experience in managing projects and workflow within a team
  • Experience in using social and web analytics tools and reporting
  • Experience using CRM tools and WordPress
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Superb time management and organisational skills
